The Master of Business Administration (MBA)* program requires successful completion of 48 semester-credit hours total 16 courses at three semester-credit hours each. In addition to successfully completing four management core courses, one quantitative course, and five program-specific courses, one of which is an integrative capstone course, students must receive credit for six elective courses, which may be selected from courses listed under Course Offerings/Descriptions in any combination that best serves their professional and personal interests.
Total program length varies depending on the number of courses taken per session. Each session is eight weeks.
Note: Credits and degrees earned from this institution do not automatically qualify the holder to participate in professional licensing exams to practice certain professions. Persons interested in practicing a regulated profession must contact the appropriate state regulatory agency for their field of interest.
MBA students can pursue four-course concentrations in the following functional areas.† Students completing coursework required for a concentration may request, in writing, that the concentration be designated on the academic transcript.
Requirements for earning a concentration may be satisfied through a maximum of three semester-credit hours of transfer credit, course waivers or course exemptions. A course may be applied to one concentration only.
